Our executive staff and board of directors set Udac’s policies and map its direction. They consider it their duty and charge to make Udac as responsive as possible to the needs of the people they serve and their community.

It is our staff, however—the people who work day-to-day with the people who come to Udac—that changes lives. It is humbling work, and if you ask them, they’ll tell you it isn’t just a job.
