We give people who choose to work the opportunity to choose the way they work. Udac workers have three employment models to select from:

1. Working within the Udac facility on Mailing and Shredding Services
2. Working out in the community as part of a small group under the supervision of a job coach
3. Working one-on-one with a job coach in the community

All of Udac’s employment programs allow people the opportunity to earn a paycheck—not to mention an increased level of independence.

Having their own money—money that they worked for—offers workers an incredible sense of freedom and accomplishment. At the same time, these Udac employees are providing valuable services to businesses in our community.
