Udac’s Life Skills One program offers people a variety of experiences to enhance their lives daily. In Life Skills One people can grow through learning new or enhancing current skills, learn from others' experiences, find information regarding tools and technology, create new social opportunities and become part of an organization that will help people gain confidence through building a stronger sense of self and community. Life Skills One serves people with a broad range of medical, physical and cognitive needs, proving that every day offers people opportunites to have input and growth in his or her own life.
