Each participant is asked to get at least $100 in pledges and walk one mile on a treadmill at Udac, anytime between 7 am and 7 pm on the day of the event. It's a great way to get your daily exercise and support a great cause at the same time.
Every dime you raise will support Udac's STEPS Fitness Program, which has already helped so many people with disabilities and other challenges lose weight, lose inches, and find ways to feel great about themselves.
You'll also get the chance to tour our entire operation, including our mailing and shredding services department and Art Junction.
